Energy is all around us. Our cells produce energy through the chemical reactions that enable their functions. the energy created by these trillions of cells, create a bio magnetic field around us which we can interact with. This is how Reiki and other energy healing therapies can be explained.
The energy centres correspond to the endocrine system so for example, if we release an energy blockage in the Throat chakra, which corresponds to the thymus, we enable that area to better function are all levels through it’s natural knockon effect.
